One to One Executive Coaching

Whether they are corporate sponsored sessions or at an individual’s request they will range from a single session to multiple sessions, typically lasting between 60-90 minutes. The objective will be to explore and remove barriers and overcome hurdles.

 

These are bespoke meetings with session goals that can align to organisational values, an individual’s development needs or sessions that affirm and re-enforce individuals’ strengths;  the options are endless.
